Due to the fact that all items are created as a labor of love, as they are ordered, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  There are no returns.

We do not accept cancellations of orders placed, refunds, or exchanges unless an error occurs on our part. Any such product error must be brought to our attention within 3 days of customer receipt to be eligible for correction.

Shipping costs are also nonrefundable.  No signature confirmation is offered unless arranged and paid in advance by the shop owner.
